Criteria: This guy is literally bat shit crazy and I just do not feel safe letting my kids out to play down by the river where he's made his "home." So, I want you to tell him to skedaddle and find a new place to stay, preferably far, far away from here. Apparently he used to be an old, somewhat capable mage that knew some serious magic. Advice, don't piss him off.
Special Notes: Must be modded. Two different endings depending on how the situation is dealt with.
